Welcome to FelloBell (the “Application”), owned and operated by FELLOBELL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering as a Service Provider (“Partner”) on the Application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Application.

 

1.1 Service Partner: Refers to individuals, contractors, or businesses offering services such as electricians, plumbers, painters, carpenters, solar and inverter operators, AC and refrigerator repair specialists, home appliance experts, gardeners, welders, plastering and concreting professionals, helpers, earth movers, flooring experts, interior designers, fabricators, coconut climbers, water filter operators, CCTV and automation experts, and sofa and curtain service providers. The list of services is subject to future modifications.

1.2 Customer: Refers to individuals, contractors, or entities seeking services from Service Providers through the Application.

1.3 Platform: Refers to the FelloBell Application, which acts as a mediator connecting Service Partners with Customers.

 

2.1 FelloBell acts solely as a platform connecting Service Partners with Customers. We do not:

Guarantee work availability or service demand.

Take responsibility for service completion, cancellation, or performance.

Mediate disputes beyond our responsibilities.

2.2 FelloBell is not an employer, agent, or contractor for any Partner listed on the Application.

 

3.1 Eligibility: Partners must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to provide their services.

3.2 Account Information: Partners must provide accurate information and keep their profiles updated.

3.3 Account Type: Partners must select either “Labour” or “Contractor” during registration. Contractors hold premium accounts and may switch account types at any time.

3.4 Verification: FelloBell may verify identity, certifications, and qualifications. Contractors must provide additional details such as company name and registration details, which will be kept confidential.

3.5 Visible Information: Aadhar details and skill-related certificates will remain hidden, while full name, contact number, address, skills, and profile pictures will be visible to the public.

 

Failure to comply with the following standards may result in suspension or account termination:

4.1 Services must be provided professionally, promptly, and lawfully, adhering to industry standards.

4.2 Partners are responsible for their tools, equipment, licenses, and certifications. FelloBell does not provide job-site necessities.

4.3 Partners must maintain clear communication with Customers regarding service status, additional tools, or workspace requirements.

 

5.1 Registration is free during the initial launch period. No fees will be charged upon registration.

5.2 FelloBell reserves the right to introduce subscription fees in the future, with prior notice.

5.3 Payments between Customers and Partners are not managed by FelloBell; we only facilitate connections.

5.4 Partners are responsible for their tax filings and compliance with tax laws.

 

6.1 Partners must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.

6.2 Partners bear full responsibility for any legal violations or damages resulting from non-compliance.

 

7.1 FelloBell provides the Application “as is” without warranties of any kind.

7.2 We are not liable for:

The actions or omissions of Partners.

Any damages, losses, or injuries arising from services provided to Customers.

 

8.1 FelloBell reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Partner’s account for violations of these Terms and Conditions or complaints regarding substandard services.

 

9.1 By using the Application, Partners consent to the collection and use of personal and professional information.

9.2 The Application collects Aadhar details, address, contact information, email ID, location data, and skill-based certifications, stored securely on FelloBell’s servers.

9.3 The Application may request access to GPS, gallery, and OTP verification during use.

9.4 The Application and website (www.fellobell.com) may use cookies to enhance the user experience.

9.5 Partners agree not to misuse Customer data for purposes other than fulfilling service requests.

9.6 All information submitted is subject to verification and will be kept confidential.

9.7 By registering, Partners consent to sharing their contact details with Customers for service selection.

 

10.1 We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

 

11.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

11.2 Disputes will be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings in Palakkad district, Kerala.
